Welsh Hospitals and NHS services put in Special Measures

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board has for the second time in recent years been put into special measures.
The announcement on the Welsh government website cites serious concerns about performance, leadership and culture.
The Health Board oversees NHS Services in Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham Council areas.
The Health Board has 3 main hospitals at Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor, Glan Clwyd in Bodelwyddan and Wrexham Maelor.
