  • A firm focused on professional standards, innovation and consistently excellent client service.

The Role

You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring that every matter is progressed efficiently, compliantly and with a consistently high standard of client care.

  • Managing residential property matters from initial instruction to completion.
  • Keeping clients regularly informed about progress, costs and key stages of their transaction.

  • Contributing to the firm’s business development, website content, professional networking and profile raising activity.

What we are looking for

  • A solicitor qualified in England and Wales, with experience of handling a residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedure.
  • Excellent client care, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach to case management.
  • The ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and maintain close attention to detail.
  • Confidence working independently, together with a positive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • A commitment to professional development, responsible supervision and the development of colleagues.
  • An interest in supporting business development and strengthening the firm’s local profile.
