Thousands will be prevented from accessing primary care as a result of the closure of multiple GP practices across Liverpool, with potentially more to close in the future. Not only will this impact upon the GP services in the city, it is suspected that the closures will ramp up increasing pressure on the already stretched hospital accident and emergency services. It may be as simple as you have been unable to obtain essential medication or could be much more complex.
