Russell Hobbs Iron Recall

Russell Hobbs have recently recalled a number of steam irons as a result of concerns over their safety and the possibility of injury .

Under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 anybody who suffers injury as a result of a defective product can make a compensation claim against the manufacturer. A product is considered defective if it is not as safe as the public may expect and the injured party need not prove negligence.

Please see http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-30361937 for more information.

If you have been injured as a result of the recalled Russell Hobbs iron or any other defective product and would like free advice you can contact us on 0151 236 500 or 020 8209 0166. Alternatively, you can email us
