Deborah completed her training contract at Olswang LLP, and subsequently qualified and spent four years in their Commercial Real Estate department
Deborah joined GAD in September 2015.
Advising a US investment bank in connection with the disposal of prime office space in Chiswick let on a 10-year lease at an annual rent in excess of £750,000.
Advising client on a letting to Royal Mail of a distribution warehouse in the north-west on a 10-year lease at an annual rent in excess of £600,000. Transaction included substantial refurbishment works by the tenant.
Advising an institutional client on the sale of a major office building for consideration of £52million.
Acting for a developer on the acquisition of three sites for social housing development, for a total consideration in excess of £4million. Transaction included entering into an Agreement for Lease with registered social housing provider.
Deborah has three young children who keep her busy! She also enjoys reading and going to the gym.
