It has been reported that Liverpool based Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Specialist Solicitors Hampson Hughes have entered administration.

The firm specialised in cases concerning medical and clinical negligence including claims against GPs and hospitals in regards to birthing injuries, surgical negligence and deaths caused by medical negligence, in addition to other types of personal injury claims.

Unfortunately, as a result of the administration the firms ongoing clinical and medical negligence files will need to be transferred and dealt by other solicitors.

GAD Legal Solicitors have a specialist and dedicated medical negligence team based in Liverpool. If you are a former client of Hampson Hughes Solicitors and would like to consider transferring your case to us then please contact our new enquiry team on 0151 733 3353 or complete the online contact form.
