Summary

Gregory Abrams Davidson Solicitors recovered damages for injuries and losses arising out of a high speed road traffic accident on the M62 near Birchwood, Warrington.

Facts of the case

We were instructed by a driver of a brand new high performance Tesla which had been struck by another vehicle on the M62 motorway.

He had suffered multiple injuries to his head, neck and back which gave him ongoing symptoms in his spine.

We were able to secure an admission of liability quickly which meant that he could receive comprehensive rehabilitation treatment which the Defendants would pay for.

We were also able to prove, after instructing specialist engineers that even though his electric car had been fully repaired, there had been a diminution (reduction) in the value of the vehicle due to the substantive repairs.

In total we were able to secure just under £20,000 for our client.

If you believe you may have suffered a significant injury or loss as a result of someone else’s negligence, GAD’s dedicated team of Personal Injury specialists are here for you.

A candid photograph taken inside the modern, open-plan office of Gregory Abrams Davidson Solicitors. Five diverse employees are visible. Two men are seated at a wooden desk in the foreground, smiling at a woman in a grey sweater who is offering one of them a coffee cup from a tray, which also holds a small sign reading 'Thank You, Team! Acts of Kindness' and a plate of cookies. Another woman is standing to the right, smiling and looking down, and another employee is working in the background by the window. The company logo is prominently displayed on a large white wall panel, alongside a window view of a city skyline with historic and modern buildings, a '45 Years 1980 - 2025' plaque, and a 'CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY' poster listing charity support logos (Macmillan, Wear It Pink, Children in Need). The office has neat desks, multiple computers, and bright overhead panel lighting.
