Amanda is a Senior Associate in the Commercial and Residential Property Department. She specialises in all matters relating to the selling, purchasing and leasing of commercial real estate as well as residential transactions, transfers of equity and property refinance.

Amanda joined Gregory Abrams Davidson in June 2001 as a trainee and qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 after completing her training contract at the firm.

Currently representing small and medium enterprise clients in the retail sector with a particular focus on restaurants, bars and leisure operations, including local hot food takeaway businesses! Routine matters for these clients include; lease negotiation, lease assignments, lease renewals and business purchase and sale agreements.
