Ian has been with GAD Solicitors for 10 years and is Head of the Private Client Department.

He is instrumental in developing the firm’s Case Management system that enables a consistent and high-quality service to be provided at competitive Fixed Fee rates. He also maintains a strict timetable to ensure matters are handled and dealt with in a timely manner and often well within our published average timetable.

Technically proficient in all areas of private client work, Ian has fast experience in advising clients upon the complex and overlapping areas of law associated with wealth management, asset protection and estate inheritance, along with the ever-increasing issues arising from an aging population and financial and health supervision and support to frail and elderly client with cognitive impairment.

Ian is a family man with a son who was ‘required’ to qualify as a Doctor (and not a lawyer) to provide Ian with his future pension!
