After graduating with a degree in Biology in 2017, Steph discovered that her true passion was in law and began her legal career as a paralegal. Alongside working full-time, she went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and the Legal Practice Course (LPC), before qualifying as a Solicitor.
Steph now heads up our Wirral office at Gregory Abrams, where she is part of our busy Residential Conveyancing team. She advises clients across all aspects of residential property, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership. Steph also has particular experience in Building Safety Act matters and high-rise leasehold sales, helping clients navigate what can often be complex transactions with confidence.
For Steph, it’s all about the people behind the property. She takes the time to get to know each client, understand what matters to them and provide clear, practical guidance throughout the process. She knows that buying or selling a property can be both exciting and stressful, and prides herself on being approachable, responsive and always on hand to help.
Her friendly and personal approach has enabled her to build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and local agents, resulting in a loyal following and a growing reputation within the property community.
Away from work, Steph loves the outdoors and making the most of her free time with her husband, Jordan, and their dog, Milo. The Lake District is a favourite destination, where they enjoy spending time exploring the countryside together.
Steph is also a qualified scuba diver and always planning her next adventure.
